Ensure children in out-of-home care achieve stable, long-term living arrangements
by providing support to resource families (foster, respite, kinship or adoptive), birth
families and children; provide permanency services to resource families and
children moving toward, or having achieved, permanency; balance legal
requirements with emotional needs of children and families to facilitate
reunification, guardianship, or adoption; achieve goal to provide children with
permanent, safe and supportive homes. Qualifications: Master’s degree from
accredited school in social work, Human Services, Psychology or related field;
working knowledge of trauma reactions and associated interventions; insurance
acceptable driver’s license; qualify under WI Caregivers Law, Wisconsin Act 27;
successful completion of Juvenile Intake Training; prefer experience in child welfare
or social services field. 40 Hours/Week; participate in After-Hours On-Call
Rotation. $30.73 - $37.26/hour. Health, Dental and Life Insurance; Paid Time Off;
