Iowa County is seeking applications for a fulltime ADRC Manager in the Department of Social Services.

This position is responsible for directing and supervising the Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) Unit and ensuring proper implementation and administration of all ADRC, Aging, and Adult Protective Services programs. Duties include planning, developing, and monitoring unit programming; conducting needs assessments; overseeing case management; coordinating with state and regional partners; completing required plans and reports; facilitating advisory and committee meetings; and monitoring compliance with contracts, grants, and applicable federal and state laws. The ADRC Manager will also supervise unit staff, provide training and evaluations, assist with budgets and policy development, and represent the ADRC in community outreach efforts.

Starting pay is Grade N ( $86,964.80 / salaried FLSA exempt).

Minimum Qualifications include but are not limited to:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field
  • Minimum of three years of professional experience in a Human or Social Services agency, including at least one year working with ADRC served populations
  • Certification as a Social Worker in Wisconsin or ability to obtain certification within two years • Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to ADRC programs
  • Strong supervisory, communication, computer, and organizational skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality, make decisions, and work independently and collaboratively
