Oneida County is accepting applications to fill a full time (40 hours per week) Birth to 3 Support and Service Coordinator position within the Oneida County Human Service Department.  Oneida County Human Service is a Trauma Informed Agency that empowers, educates and supports agency staff to provide services in a caring, compassionate and safe environment. 

 

JOB DUTIES:  This position provides service coordination through Wisconsin’s Birth to 3 Program for infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities and their families. This position facilitates evaluation and assessment, develops and monitors Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), coordinates multidisciplinary service delivery, and ensures compliance with federal (IDEA Part C) and state (DHS 90) regulations.

This role requires independent judgment, strong organizational skills, and the ability to navigate complex systems. Coordinator will manage high-touch caseloads while balancing regulatory timelines, interdisciplinary communication, documentation requirements, and family-centered practice.  Training and supervision will be provided.

 

Oneida County Human Services provides services to Forest, Oneida, and Vilas Counties.  This position will primarily serve Oneida and western Vilas County.

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree required, with a preference for specialization in Social Work or related Human Service field. Two years’ experience working primarily with children with developmental delays or disabilities, with five years’ experience highly preferred.  Experience in home visiting, working with state and/or county human services systems, team-base service delivery models, coordinating scheduling between families and providers and knowledge of cultural differences preferred.

 

WAGES AND BENEFITS: Starting 2026 wage of $27.99 per hour or higher, dependent on previous education and work experience.  Benefits include full Health Insurance benefit, participation in the Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS), affordable dental and vision insurance and a PTO (Paid Time Off) package with the ability to carry unused PTO into future years. 

 

WORK HOURS AND SCHEDULE:  This full-time position works Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with some scheduling flexibility.  Limited remote work options are available.
