POSITION TITLE: VP, Child Well-Being (Human Services) R13116

JOB SUMMARY:
Provides direction and leadership toward the achievement of Children's Wisconsin's mission, strategy, and annual goals and objectives, with specific focus on the work of Children's Service Society of Wisconsin and Child Well-Being programs and services. Recommends strategic plans and opportunities to broaden and develop additional services to children and families. Ensures services are carried out in accordance with quality, accreditation and financial standards. Provides team management, organization and program advocacy and community relations.


JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

Master's Degree in Business Management, Health Care Administration, Social Work or related graduate degree required.   10+ years leadership experience in a child welfare setting required.  Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to staff and facilities required.  Proven experience in management of multiple locations and/or facilities required.  Experience with organizational redesign preferred.  Broad knowledge of child well-being and the factors that influence and enhance.  Effective talent management and team building skills.   Proven record of quality improvement.  Strong data and evaluation skillset.  Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to present and speak publicly.  Demonstrates strong and diplomatic interpersonal skills necessary to work collaboratively with CHHS leaders and staff, community partners and government leaders.  Demonstrated skill and experience in the development and implementation of organizational strategic plans for marketing, program development, quality improvement, productivity standards, human resource development and financial performance.  Strong computer skills.
