Behavioral Services Program Manager
Clark County is seeking an energetic and organized individual to assist with providing oversight of services and programs that support individuals with developmental disabilities, as well as mental health and/or substance use disorders. Those services may include, but are not limited to, Emergency Mental Health Crisis services, the outpatient mental health / substance use clinic, Recovery Court, as well as the Community Support Program (CSP), the Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) program and the Children’s Long-Term Support (CLTS) Waiver Program.
This full-time position requires a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Counseling or Community Mental Health with a minimum of 3,000 clinically supervised hours in mental health and/or substance abuse across the lifespan. Eligible candidates must be licensed through the State of Wisconsin. A minimum of five (5) years of experience performing the required essential duties and responsibilities as well as at least two (2) years of supervisory experience is preferred. A combination of education and work experience will also be taken into consideration. Familiarity with DHS 34, DHS 35, DHS 36, DHS 63 and DHS 75 is beneficial.
