CRISIS WORKER
LIMITED TERM POSITION
HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES DEPARTMENT
Provide crisis intervention services for mental health and AODA consumers by telephone, on‐site or face‐to‐face; additional duties include case management, coordination and linkage and follow‐up for all consumers requiring crisis intervention services. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in related field; experience/knowledge in mental health field; insurance acceptable driver’s license; Qualify under Wisconsin Caregivers Law, Wisconsin Act 27. Up to 16 Hours/week, mostly PM shifts (training will be M-F, 8am – 5pm. Participate in agency’s after-hours on-call rotation of weekends and holidays, 12 pm – 8 pm. $25.55/hour. EOE. ADA.
