Reporting to the respective program supervisor, the Case Manager - CLTS serves as a point of contact for participants, customers, and/or clients performing related duties toward the objectives and goals of the division.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8AM to 4:30PM. Employee is responsible for own schedule, and scheduled home visits could be outside of working hours. It is expected that Employee flex their schedule to accommodate our families.
This position does have comp time available.
Remote work can be applied for after 6 months of employment. Remote work is available 1 day per pay period.
