Reporting to the Division Manager/Clinical Director - Mental Health, the Human Services Supervisor - Mental Health & Substance Use, administers programs and supervises the day-to-day activities of assigned unit staff in the provision of services.
**This Human Services Supervisor – MH/SU position, will oversee the Adult Protective Services (APS) and the counties 24/7 crisis phones. These service areas are located in the Crisis Unit of the Mental Health/Substance Use Division. The supervisor will review all APS referrals, on-going APS cases; work with a team of case managers and community members to address APS needs within Outagamie County. The supervisor will also oversee our 24/7 Crisis Services Professionals that provide crisis phone triage. The supervisor works closely with the other Human Services Supervisor assigned to this Unit.
HOURS: Monday-Friday 8 AM - 4:30 PM. Participation in the supervisor's on-call rotation. Flexibility required. This position is eligible for comp time
REMOTE WORK: Limited remote work is available with Manager's approval.

A successful candidate in this role:
The candidate should have a solid clinical foundation with providing clinical services to a wide population of individuals. Experience providing clinical supervision to Bachelors and Master's level clinicians is beneficial. Prior experience providing adult protective and mental health services is necessary for this position. Capacity to work with a variety of professionals, communicate well and attention to details is necessary. On-going desire to learn and expand skills is also needed.
