Mental Health Case Manager

Provide full range of case management or service facilitation functions and support to mentally ill and AODA clients residing in Marinette County;   provide vocational training, social skills training and enhancement of independent living skills to clients. 

QUALIFICATIONS:  insurance acceptable driver’s license; qualification under the Wisconsin Caregivers Law, Wisconsin Act 27; Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field, six months post degree experience/training – OR – Master’s degree in social work or related field and 18 months experience/training, satisfy State of WI Master’s Level billing requirements.

• 40 hours/week. 
• Bachelor's Level Pay Range:  $25.55 - $30.98
• Master's Level Pay Range:  $29.98 - 36.35
