Responsible for planning, organizing and directing all activities and staff related to the County’s comprehensive program of direct, referral and advocacy services for residents requiring human services; provides expert professional assistance to County management staff; participates in conversations to improve the local and state human services system.
Bachelor’s degree in human services related field required, master’s degree preferred. Five years of experience in an administrative and supervisory capacity required. Current WI Driver’s license.
