What You’ll Do:
Engage youth in positive activities to foster growth and development. Help create and implement individualized plans to support each child’s unique needs. Serve as a role model, guiding youth through real-world challenges. Collaborate with schools, families, and community partners to provide wraparound support. Maintain case documentation and adhere to confidentiality standards.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field. ✔ Two years of experience working with children and families. ✔ A natural mentor with the ability to build trust and meaningful connections. ✔ A flexible go-getter who can adapt to changing schedules, including some evenings and weekends. ✔ Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and access to insured transportation. ✔ Ability to pass background checks.
