The Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor is responsible for clinical supervision of the outpatient behavioral health clinic including mental health, AODA and crisis service providers. The position is responsible to provide support, guidance and facilitate learning and professional growth of therapists and case managers. The position is responsible for planning, development of a variety of individualized, highly creative, outreach-oriented services to individuals with mental health or substance use concerns, and those experiencing mental health crises.
