CST/CCS Case Manager

This role involves designing, overseeing, and coordinating the implementation of various programs such as the Coordinated Service Team (CST), Comprehensive Community Services (CCS), and wraparound initiatives. The goal is to integrate these initiatives into other Human Service agency programs such as Children Disability (CLTS/B-3), Mental Health, Substance Abuse, and Behavioral Health. The role also involves project data collection and evaluation to ensure that services are performed efficiently.
