The purpose of this position is to provide case management services to assigned consumers of Juneau County Department of Human Services’ Community Support Program (CSP).
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor Degree in social work or
related field. 1,000 hours of supervised post degree experience in working with chronic mentally ill preferred. Social Work license/certification preferred. Must possess a valid driver’s license,
